They have a pea comb, tailed, muffed, and are bearded. The earlobes are small and round, the wattles are small or absent; earlobes, comb, and wattles are all red. The shanks are typically slate-blue, or black.
These chickens are derived from Araucana chickens brought from Chile. It was bred to retain the blue-egg gene but eliminate the lethal alleles of the parent breed.
Chicks are straight run. This means male and female chickens. There are no refunds or exchanges for male chicks. You may bring males back to us.
